Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from LVN program and Texas LVN license.
• Current BLS-HP certification is required.
• No prior experience required; recent graduates with temporary permits may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Performs admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
