Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following established menus and procedures, ensuring nutrition and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates are passionate about food and service, understand food handling regulations, eager to learn, work well in teams, adapt to changes quickly, and are flexible.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion to meet clients' nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for much of the scheduled shift.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
