Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a part-time Food Service Supervisor for the Harnett County Detention Center, with morning shifts 5:30am-9:30am, five days a week and some weekend coverage. You will supervise inmate labor and staff, prepare meals according to the menu, and ensure sanitary handling of all food.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and kitchen staff during shifts.
• Prepare and serve food according to the menu and recipes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and in a sanitary manner.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen equipment.
