Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in kitchen during food prep and service.
• Prepare or instruct inmate labor and team members in food preparation according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure food storage is sanitary and proper.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and policies.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and equipment.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
