Elior North America is seeking a Cook Supervisor for Summit in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff in a correctional setting, ensuring high standards of food quality, sanitation, and timely meal service.

The role requires kitchen leadership, brand-aligned customer service, and a focus on safety and efficiency. As part of the Summit program, you will oversee wine-free operations, handle shift scheduling, train new staff, and maintain compliance with food safety

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality-focused setting.
• Solid knowledge of culinary methods, standards, and techniques.
• Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and ensuring food quality and service standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand-aligned presentation.

Responsibilities
