Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required (18+).
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare or instruct others in the preparation of quality foods according to planned menus and work instructions.
• Ensure food is stored properly and in sanitary conditions.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies; use utensils to meet nutrition needs.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
