Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve food according to menus and instructions, and report to a Food Service Director.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, prior institutional food service experience preferred, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. This position is on site in a jail setting with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred prior institutional food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion food per recipes and nutrition needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
