Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a correctional kitchen at the Kansas Juvenile Correction Center. You will ensure meals meet production plans, train workers, and coordinate tasks while maintaining safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and maintain logs.

• Direct inmates in use of recipes and train on cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and special dietary needs are fulfilled.
• Conduct inventory and assist with receiving and storing food items.
