Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center to supervise inmates in a kitchen, train staff, and coordinate meal preparation. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with Aramark standards while managing production and portions.

Compensation begins at $19+ per hour with strong benefits. The role requires working in a correctional facility, passing background checks, and maintaining security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and adherence to Aramark guidelines.
• Train workers in proper duties and coordinate work schedules.
• Maintain sanitation and HACCP compliance in the facility.
• Review production and temperature logs and enforce safety protocols.
