Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor (Shift Supervisor) to oversee kitchen operations and ensure accurate preparation and serving of a variety of food items in accordance with recipes and standards.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and service, knowledgeable about food handling regulations, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This role offers opportunities for growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during shifts.
• Prepare food items following recipes and work instructions.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices in meal prep and serving.
• Other duties as needed by the business.
