Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our correctional facility kitchen team at the Wautoma, WI location. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality meals with emphasis on scratch cooking and proper food handling.

The role offers full-time onsite duties within a correctional facility, supporting our mission to provide nutritious meals. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong culinary knowledge, and solid customer

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Strong knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety policies.
