Summit is seeking an experienced part-time cook for our correctional facility in Minnesota. You will join a fast-paced kitchen team, ensuring quality meals and precise portion control while following safety and recipe standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, strong kitchen skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience. This role is onsite at the Wadena location with comprehensive employee benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and distinguish food items; customer service experience is required.
