Job summary

FirstClass Healthcare Staffing Management, LLC is seeking a Health Services Administrator to provide executive leadership of a correctional healthcare program. You will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and drive quality and cost-effective care within the facility.

The role requires a nursing or healthcare administration background, licensure in Georgia, and a track record in managing clinical teams, budgets, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of progressive management or leadership experience.
• Three (3) years of administrative and clinical experience related to comprehensive medical, dental, and mental healthcare services within a correctional healthcare or acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and oversight of a 24-hour, 7-day a-week operation within a correctional facility that aligns with FCH’s healthcare standards and institutional policies.
• Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous process improvement.
• Manages and analyzes financial and statistical data, identifying areas for improvement.
• Supervises subcontracted services (pharmacy, lab, x-ray, specialty providers).
• Maintains effective communication with facility administration, FCH staff, correctional personnel, contractors and external agencies.
• Manages staff recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, and professional development.
