Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree or ADN or equivalent
• Holds and maintains licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Corrections experience preferred. 3-5 years of admin/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong computer skills including office software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of health care services 24/7.
• Coordinate clinical, financial, administrative, information technology and human resources systems.
• Promote high quality patient care through adherence to policies and accreditation standards (NCCHC, ACA).

Education

BS degree or ADN

RN license in state of employment
