Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of foods following menus, and use kitchen equipment to ensure proper portions and nutrition.

The role reports to a Food Service Director and operates on-site within the facility. Ideal candidates are passionate about food, understand food handling regulations, and collaborate well with the team to adapt to changing needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Other duties as required by the operation.
