Summit is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to join our correctional facility kitchen team in Grants, NM. You will oversee meal production and service, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and contractual obligations with hands-on supervision of staff.

Ideal candidates have prior supervision experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Advanced culinary credentials and Food Handler’s certification are a plus.
