Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of meals for inmate population (600–7500 daily).
• Supervise inmate work crews and ensure sanitation/ safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and budget to control waste and costs.
• Promote safety and security while maintaining efficient meal service.
