Qualifications

• Four years of professional employment experience in food preparation, handling or cooking.
• Substitutions: two years of food prep/ cooking experience may substitute with two years in hospitality or related substitutions; transcripts may substitute for experience.

• Ensure sanitation and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Supervise inmate workers and manage kitchen operations, inventory, and expenses.
