You will hire and train staff, enforce standards, and collaborate with district leadership to deliver reliable meals for inmates and staff with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and company executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
