You will supervise Food Service Supervisors, Cooks, and a prisoner workforce, ensuring policy, safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards are met.

You will collaborate with custody staff to maintain safety and security and support a compliant food service operation within the facility.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience overseeing large-quantity cooking and food preparation.
• Experience supervising food service staff and prisoner workforce.
• Background check: no felony conviction as required by policy.
