The ideal candidate has at least five years of food service management, ServSafe certification, and a track record of strong leadership. Weekend/holiday availability is required, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in food service.
• ServSafe Certification and knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served according to site plan.
• Hire, orient, train, and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform duties safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and sanitation in compliance with health codes.
