Job summary

Qualifications

• Delaware Journeyperson Electrician license or equivalent license accepted by Delaware.
• Six months experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or HVAC.
• Six months experience in record keeping.
• Knowledge of interpreting blueprints, schematics or technical drawings.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior building systems.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related equipment.
• Oversee contractors when referrals exceed in-house capability.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
