Summit in Omaha, NE is seeking a motivated food service director to lead a corrections dining program. You will oversee all functions of the department, guide a team of food service workers, and ensure meals are prepared safely and on schedule.

This role requires coordinating operations, hiring and training staff, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with culinary, safety, and sanitation standards. Strong communication with hourly staff and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with client focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
