Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with industrial cooking.

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and its resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring and onboarding.

• Budget for the department, including purchasing ingredients and monitoring targets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the district manager and other departments on dining service operations.
