• Review court records for accuracy and missing information.
• Operate Offender Watch and other terminals to handle confidential info.
• Coordinate release procedures and notify prisons for timely release.
• Prepare release documents for supervisory approval.
• Generate reports in DOTS Portal and Microsoft software.
