The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division, Lawn Corps, is seeking a Corps Ministries Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate corps programming, youth ministry, and community outreach. You will work with Corps Officers to develop partnerships, plan events, and provide training and resources for volunteers.

A high school diploma is required, with two years coordinating programs; bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of two years coordinating programs, events, or youth/ministry activities.
Valid driver's license and MVR clearance required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsabilités

Provide leadership to staff/volunteers when Corps Officers are unavailable.
Report monthly records and statistics of Corps programming.
Coordinate budget needs for programs and promote materials.
Assist in planning and implementing Women’s Ministry, Youth ministry, Bible study, etc.
Lead communications for events via social media, posters, and outreach.
Lead Sunday Youth/Junior Church and organize supplies for programs.
Support volunteers and training opportunities; liaise with Corps Officers.
