Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in ministry, education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years coordinating programs, events, or community outreach.
• Valid driver's license and driving record clearance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative duties, manage records, and report program activity to Corps Officers.
• Coordinate budgets, materials, and communications for corps programming and events.
• Plan and promote youth programs and Sunday ministries with corps leadership.
• Prepare and distribute communications for Christmas registrations and seasonal activities.
• Support training, outreach, and scheduling with volunteers and leaders.
