Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in ministry, education, nonprofit management, recreation, youth development, human services, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating programs, events, volunteer initiatives, youth programs, ministry programs, community outreach efforts, or related work.
• Valid driver's license and MVR clearance required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, virtual communication platforms, and social media.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee corps programming activities and events.
• Coordinate budget needs for programs and track monthly records.
• Distribute communications and promotional materials for youth and community programs.
• Assist with scheduling, promoting, and coordinating events via social media, posters, and other channels.
• Ensure storage and logistics for program materials are organized and accessible.
• Serve as main communications link with program participants and parents for youth activities.
• Supervise and support volunteers and staff to deliver ministry programs.
