Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will lead group fitness classes, assess clients, and tailor workout plans to diverse populations. The role includes one-on-one coaching, motivation, and supporting health-promotion programs.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Exercise Science, relevant certifications, and at least 6 months of experience in group instruction. We value safety, client relationships, and strong communication in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months industry experience, including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans.
• Offer 1-on-1 consultations and motivation to clients.
• Assist with health-promotion programs to drive engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Support additional duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
