Exos invites a Performance Coach to join its corporate wellness team, delivering customized fitness programs, engaging group classes, and personalized training. You will help clients reach health goals through assessments and tailored plans, with emphasis on safety, motivation, and client engagement.

The role focuses on leading diverse classes, performing fitness evaluations, and supporting program initiatives within a wellness center environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field is required or preferred.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
6 months of industry experience or relevant internships is preferred.
Proven ability to lead and teach group exercise classes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.

Responsibilities

Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
Offer one‑on‑one consultations and motivation for client progress.
Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and other specialty initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
