Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center, delivering customized fitness programs, engaging group classes, and one‑on‑one training to help clients achieve health goals.

As a member of the team you’ll lead diverse classes, conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized plans, and support high‑risk clients. You’ll also help implement incentive programs, health promotions, and daily operations to drive engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally accredited certification from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Support additional duties to ensure day-to-day operations.
