Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center to deliver personalized fitness plans, engaging group classes, and one-on-one training to help clients reach their health goals.

You will assess fitness, create programs, and lead classes for all levels while supporting health-promotion initiatives and ensuring safety. You’ll also help with facility operations in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE).
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience leading group exercise classes.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation.
• Assist with health-promotion programs and specialty initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks to support facility operations.
