Job summary
Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to guide participants in a corporate wellness setting, delivering group and individual training, fitness assessments, and personalized plans. You will support health promotion initiatives and drive client engagement while maintaining safety and high service standards.
We value certified professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients reach their health goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Current nationally accredited certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) preferred.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
- At least 6 months industry experience including internships.
- Proven experience leading group exercise classes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
- Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
- Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized plans.
- Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
- Assist with program implementation and administrative duties.
