Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will monitor participants for safety, lead diverse group exercise classes, and tailor programs for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.

One-on-one coaching and motivation are key parts of the role. You will also assist with incentive programs, health promotion and other initiatives, while handling facility operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varied fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise programs.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, motivation, and coaching.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and special initiatives; manage facility operations.
