Overview

Corporate travel and meetings management is undergoing significant change and opportunity. Technology and data are transforming how organizations manage their global travel spend. As a major global travel management firm, ALTOUR is at the forefront of this industry shift.

We provide a unique opportunity for sales professionals with a proven track record of meeting quotas in B2B sales. Our goal is to build a team of ambitious, curious, and intelligent sales experts dedicated to revolutionizing how companies design their global travel programs, manage meetings, and utilize data for better travel spend management.

Responsibilities
  • Identify qualified opportunities, forecast, manage internal resources, and plan new business deals. Lead the enterprise sales process from discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Qualify leads and sales opportunities, participate in RFP processes, and enhance our competitive position to increase win rates.
  • Create comprehensive solution proposals covering all aspects of our travel management platform.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions via calls, webinars, face-to-face meetings, and Teams meetings to close sales.
  • Advise clients on ROI and business drivers while presenting solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize deals.
  • Understand travel technology and effectively present ALTOUR solutions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate team efforts—leveraging operations, meetings management, marketing, and supplier relations—to secure sales.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience selling software (Cloud/SaaS/on-premise) and professional services to enterprise clients.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in solution sales, selling software, data, professional services, or travel-related solutions to large enterprises.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Note: Salary ranges are broad to comply with pay transparency laws and depend on factors like experience, location, and budget. For international roles, salary is based on local market conditions. Compensation may include incentives, commissions, or bonuses based on performance.
