Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and to support travel plans that don’t go as expected. The role also includes reception duties and working with Epic’s 24/7 travel department to ensure smooth travel for over 14,000 staff.

Position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area; relocation assistance is provided. This is a full-time role with shift work and benefits, located on Epic’s campus near Madison.

Qualifications

• Must be available for 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) with shift differential.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills are required.
• Ability to self-manage and creatively solve problems in travel logistics.
• Customer-service mindset with professional conduct.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers across the company.
• Manage hotel reservations and air/ground transportation for staff (over 14,000).
• Provide support when travel plans don't go as expected.
• Assist with some reception duties for customers.
