Job summary

Provident Bank seeks a Trainer II to design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff using classroom, webinar, one-on-one and e-learning methods. You will collaborate with management to identify needs and develop materials that improve performance and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include delivering programs, creating manuals, maintaining LMS content, updating documents, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–5 years in Learning and Development or corporate training experience.
• Knowledge of basic training activities, facilitation and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of training and organizational development principles.
• Working knowledge of LMS.
• Ability to develop course curricula and training materials.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs based on performance measures to enhance job performance and business objectives.
• Develop onboarding and upskilling programs through classroom, webinar, one-on-one and e-learning.
• Design and maintain manuals, job aids and reference sheets.
• Update and review training documentation and materials.
• Monitor training progress and report findings for QA and needs assessments.
• Maintain a consistent training calendar and schedule.
• Coordinate planning and administrative tasks for training sessions.
