Avo Photonics seeks a diligent Corporate Trainer to enhance our world-class customer service and internal capabilities. You will lead new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing employee development to ensure teams have the knowledge and skills to succeed.

In this role, you will design hands-on training, create materials, deliver management development programs, and partner with leaders to identify needs, measure impact, and continuously improve training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organization Development, or related field.
• 5+ years creating and delivering employee training programs, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• CPLP or related learning and development certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current corporate training methods.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire orientation sessions weekly.
• Develop onboarding and hands-on technical training for new hires.
• Apply instructional design to create engaging training programs.
• Create and maintain production training materials.
• Deliver ongoing training and professional development.
• Provide targeted training for managers, including leadership coaching.
• Collaborate with management to set training goals.
• Assess training needs and identify skills gaps.
• Establish monitoring to ensure training effectiveness.
• Support employees and managers while evaluating training outcomes.
