Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute employee events to enhance company culture and recognition.
• Manage logistics, venue, and vendors.
• Administer employee feedback surveys and assist with new employee onboarding.
• Partner with HR and leadership to improve employee engagement strategies.
• Support staffing projects with candidate sourcing activities.
• Provide HR and administrative support as needed.
