JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate for its Corporate Structuring team in New York. You will support deal origination, prepare pitch books, and build analytical models to craft tailored hedging and financing solutions for corporate clients.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with CDM and Capital Markets, strong accounting and financial instrument knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements with integrity.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in global financial markets is essential and requires analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience evaluating economics of and accounting for financial instruments and financing transactions.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring professionals in transaction structuring and origination.
• Prepare customized pitch books and analyses for client meetings.
• Assist with client updates and communications on accounting and industry developments.
• Develop analytical models to pitch bespoke transactions.
• Identify opportunities to engage with clients addressing specific needs or patterns.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit, Structuring and other internal teams.
