Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA license or CFA charter.
• Active CPA license or CFA charter.
• 5+ years of Big 4 accounting or similar client-facing experience in accounting, corporate finance, and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring, CDM and Capital Markets professionals in structuring and origination.
• Prepare customized pitch books and analyses for client meetings.
• Assist with client updates and communications related to accounting, regulatory and industry developments.
• Develop regression/analytical models to tailor bespoke transaction solutions.
• Identify client opportunities addressing specific needs within their corporate structure.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit, Structuring, and other internal partners.
