J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate in its Corporate Structuring team in New York. You will support senior structuring professionals, interface with the CDM and Capital Markets groups, and help develop tailored hedging and financing solutions for corporate clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, practical accounting knowledge, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment. A strong client‑facing skill set and 3+ years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in global financial markets with analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience evaluating economics of and accounting for financial instruments.
• High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to prepare analyses.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring professionals in transaction origination and analysis.
• Prepare customized pitch books and client meeting analyses.
• Assist with client updates on accounting, regulatory and industry developments.
• Develop analytical models for bespoke transaction solutions.
• Identify opportunities to engage clients addressing specific needs.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit and Structuring teams on transactions.
