Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, corporate finance, financial instruments, and strategy.
• Big 4 accounting or similar client-facing finance/derivatives experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities required.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring professionals in transaction structuring and origination.
• Prepare customized pitch books and analyses for client meetings.
• Assist with client updates and regulatory developments.
• Develop analytical models to pitch bespoke solutions.
• Identify opportunities to engage clients addressing needs within their corporate structures.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit and Structuring partners on transactions.
