Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, credit risk or related field is required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with client solution focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Determine cash flow and asset-based debt capacity across models.
• Prepare term sheets, capital markets and credit packages and marketing materials.
• Create presentation materials and participate in client/investor meetings.
• Conduct due diligence and industry/product research and perform comparable analysis.
• Coordinate communication across internal and external parties.
• Review work prepared by analysts including financial models.
