Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Facility Space Planner to manage workplace space planning, occupancy, and moves within corporate facilities. You will coordinate with leaders across HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to minimize disruption and ensure spaces are properly documented and ready for use.

The ideal candidate has corporate occupancy space planning experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. IWMS/CAFM experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate occupancy space planning.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is required; IWMS/CAFM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor plans, seating assignments, and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM.
• Develop space plans and move scenarios.
• Coordinate employee and departmental moves (MAC).
• Support space utilization and occupancy analysis.
• Coordinate furniture, technology, and vendor requirements.
• Serve as point of contact for workplace requests.
