Job summary

PLS Logistics Services in Nashville, TN seeks a Corporate Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies. You will deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience while ensuring timely and compliant hiring.

You will source, screen, interview, coordinate, and negotiate, maintaining pipelines for current openings and anticipating future needs. Strong HRIS/ATS use and metrics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years recruiting experience in corporate, executive, IT or agency recruiting.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offers and pre-employment checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, and present candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and decisions.
• Maintain candidate communications for a positive candidate experience.
• Manage multiple requisitions, prioritizing critical roles and timelines.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Monitor metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offers).
