You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent that drives growth. This on-site Plymouth, MI role requires strong relationship-building, timely follow-up, and superb organization in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle corporate or professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across functions such as finance, IT, sales, and human resources.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with professional candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting and job posting through offer acceptance.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess experience, functional skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
• Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, work schedules, and company benefits.
• Manage multiple open requisitions across departments at varying stages of the recruiting process.
