Job summary

United Road, Plymouth, MI is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and salaried roles across office and field operations. You will work with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and HR to attract and hire top talent in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key requirements include 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle corporate or professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across finance, IT, sales, and human resources.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with professional candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Familiarity with Fair Chance and related hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings to offer extension.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess experience and fit.
• Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, schedules, and benefits.
• Manage multiple requisitions across departments at various stages.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding processes with hiring teams.
• Provide hiring updates, market insights, and collaboration with leadership.
