Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own the full candidate search process for non-sales roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and manage the end-to-end interview lifecycle from sourcing to offer, in an in-office, performance-driven environment.

• 0–2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

• Generate high volume candidate flow using sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and progress in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
