Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end candidate search and partner with hiring managers for non-sales roles. The role emphasizes urgency, results, and a best-in-class paid training program.

This in‑office position supports growth across 9,000+ employees nationwide and offers a structured career path. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, using Avature and other tools.

Formación

• 0–2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• The desire to be part of TQL while contributing to growth.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
